Hire the Hexagon Music Centre

A modern, flexible venue in the heart of Beverley

The Hexagon Music Centre offers a welcoming and versatile setting for conferences, training sessions, meetings, performances, rehearsals and community events.

Conveniently located on Coltman Avenue in Beverley, the centre has five rooms available to hire, with spaces suitable for groups of between 5 and 150 people.

Spaces to suit your event

Whether you are planning a small meeting or a large gathering, we can provide a space and layout to suit your needs.

Main Hall

Our largest space can seat up to 150 people and is ideal for conferences, performances, presentations, rehearsals and community events.

Ensemble Room

A flexible space with seating for up to 60 people, suitable for training sessions, workshops, meetings and creative activities.

Meeting Rooms

We also have three smaller rooms available, accommodating groups of between 5 and 20 people. These are ideal for meetings, interviews, small-group training and breakout sessions.

Tables, chairs, staging and music stands can be provided, with a range of room layouts available.

Equipment and technology

The Hexagon Music Centre offers a range of equipment and facilities to support your event, including:

  • Wi-Fi and network points
  • Short-throw projection and a projection whiteboard
  • PA system in the Main Hall
  • CD and DVD players
  • Tables and chairs
  • Staging
  • Music stands
  • 18 multicoloured LED stage lights in the Main Hall

The centre is also home to a state-of-the-art recording studio, making it an excellent venue for music, performance and creative projects.

Kitchen and catering facilities

A fully fitted kitchen is available to support your catering requirements. Facilities include:

  • Hot-water boilers

Accessibility and family facilities

The Hexagon Music Centre has disabled access, along with ladies’, gentlemen’s and accessible toilets. Baby-changing facilities are also available.

Parking

Parking is available for up to 25 cars, as well as designated disabled parking spaces, during office hours.

Additional parking for approximately 20 cars can be accessed from Burden Road. On-street parking may also be available nearby.
