Accessible Musical Instrument Library
We have a growing library of accessible musical instruments and music technology available to hire on a termly basis. We also offer CPD and training packages to go along with each item. Click the links below to learn more about what's available.
Accessible Instrument CPD
When you hire any accessible instrument from us, we can provide training to suit your needs. This could be an hour or a full day, with one staff member or your whole team.
SoundBeam 6
SoundBeam can be played by anyone; it has four sensors which detect body movement and twelve triggers that control different sounds. It's easy to set up and can be played by multiple people at once.
CMPSR
The Digit CMPSR is a joystick which can connect to an iPad or computer to make sounds. It can be clipped on to a wheel chair, table or music stand and can be used to make unique, expressive music.
Theremini
The Moog Theremini controls pitch and volume with gestures. This is a great option for students with limited fine motor skills.
iPads
We have a full class set of 32 iPads in charging cases. These are set up for making music with apps such as GarageBand.
