The ERYO provides the opportunity for musicians from the East Riding Secondary Schools to play in a large Symphony Orchestra and experience a wide variety of music from the symphonic repertoire.

The orchestra regularly tours abroad and has in recent years visited Berlin, Barcelona, Salzburg and more recently Vienna. They have performed on stage at Symphony Hall Birmingham as part the National Festival of Music for Youth. The orchestra is also open to trying new things and recently took part in a performance alongside a professional orchestra in a multi-story car park!

Entry is by audition with a minimum entry standard of grade five. Check rehearsal times and dates below.
